Fun in the Sundance for Jessica Alba as she larks around with co-stars

Jessica Alba was a woman in two minds as she debuted her latest offering A.C.O.D. at the Sundance Film Festival. Her classy outfit might have screamed reserved Hollywood glamour, but her state-of-mind was decidedly playful.

The actress was having a riot as she posed behind a giant board reminiscent of a circus cut-out, where she was joined by her co-star Clark Duke and director Stu Zicherman. Later, the full cast posed on the red carpet, with the leading lady replacing her standard pout for a peace sign. Jessica's buoyant mood might have something to do with the fact that she also stars in the film – a black comedy about adults whose parents' separation landed them in a divorce study – with Golden Globes host, Amy Poehler. The funnywoman's comic approach to life had clearly rubbed off on the mum-of-two, who was in her element as she attended to the press gathered in Utah.

On the other side of the media storm, Kate Bosworth was ramping up the glamour in a leather skirt and fur-trimmed gilet. More importantly, the blonde star's film director fiancé Michael Polish was by her side as they answered questions about life, love, and work. After reportedly dating Michael since August 2011, model and actress Kate let fans in on her news after Tweeting a photo of her stunning rock with a tag line saying: "This photo was taken by my husband-to-be! Thank you all for the wonderful engagement wishes... we feel truly blessed." Both recently collaborated on an innovative Christmas video for high street chain Topshop. Michael was at the helm of the short film, which showed his lady singing Winter Wonderland atop a grand piano nestled in a jazz club.
