Professor Green arrested on suspicion of drink-driving

Professor Green has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after police were called to reports of a robbery at his house. The rapper, who recently married Made in Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh, called police when his Rolex watch was stolen in the early hours, according to the Mirror. Officers arrived to find his Mercedes had been involved in a crash with a van in the early hours of Sunday morning, the report continued.

"The suspected driver of the car, a 29-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and taken into custody at a south London police station," Scotland Yard said." There were no reports of any injured parties. Inquiries into the robbery and the collision are ongoing." It is thought that his wife Millie was not at home at the time of the arrest.On the day of his arrest the 29-year-old attended Radio One's Teen Awards. Earlier this year Pro Green, real name Stephen Manderson, was involved in a car accident.

The singer-songwriter was crushed between two Mercedes on his way to a gig in Gloucestershire. He said it left his health and schedule "in absolute jeopardy".

Pro Green and Millie tied the knot in September at Babington House and were joined by around 120 guests including pop star Lily Allen and Made in Chelsea stars Caggie Dunlop and Rosie Fortescue. The young couple honeymooned in Italy and kept fans in the know with regular snapshots of their romantic getaway on Instagram.
