Born: November 21, 1963
The daughter of English actress Sally Sheridan, Worthing-born Nicolette was a familiar face on American TV following roles in numerous small screen dramas. Her big break almost came when she looked set to land the part of Grace Adler in popular Nineties sitcom Will & Grace, but in the end Nicolette was pipped to the post by Debra Messing.
She eventually took TV audiences on both sides of the pond by storm with the role of vampy Edie Britt. The stunning blonde is set to marry long-time love Michael Bolton after getting engaged in March 2006.
