DAVID BECKHAM'S ALLEGED INFIDELITY
Even though Britney Spears ended up walking down the aisle twice in 2004, nothing quite stunned readers like the rumoured infidelities of football family man David Beckham. The commotion began in early April, when a tabloid newspaper published a story claiming the soccer ace had embarked upon a fling with his personal assistant Rebecca Loos. Before long two more women came forward to claim romances with the Real Madrid star. While David and Victoria described Loos’ allegations as “ludicrous”, the England captain’s clean-cut image was tarnished, and as the year drew to a close the couple worked hard to put on a show of togetherness.
