As one of the highest-profile females on TV, Davina - who is currently expecting her third child - obviously wants to maintain a body to match.
The mother-of-two came up with a plan that has helped her carry off skin-tight jeans, and, on occasions when she felt more daring, a scandalously short, frayed mini. In her second fitness video Davina reveals her techniques, which include core stability, cardio and strength exercises, plus ten recipes.
"I'm allergic to diets. They're bad for your health," she says. "Life's busy, and trying to fit in any sort of training is tough. But half an hour a day - that's do-able and really boosts energy levels."
