Legendary singer-songwriter Neil Diamond didn't mind letting go of a huge chunk of his massive fortune when he split with wife of 25 years Marcia. "I'm happy to do it," he said after the 1996 settlement. "She's the mother of my youngest children. She's been with me through thick and thin. She deserves half my fortune."
One of the world's highest-grossing entertainers, Neil reportedly handed over two of the couple's pricey homes – one in Beverly Hills, the other in Aspen, Colorado – as well as the cash. "I wish Marcia all the happiness the money can bring," said the pop star.
