Brit actress Kate Beckinsale met her husband-to-be Len Wiseman when she was playing the leather-clad avenger Selena in his film Underworld. Sparks flew as they fell for each other on the Hungary set. But the timing was complicated, as she was in the process of breaking up with actor Michael Sheen - father of her daughter Lily. "He's just such a great guy, and we have so much in common," she says of director Len.
"Neither of us was looking for that special someone, and of course it was awkward given the fact that me and Michael were splitting up," explains Kate, "but I think that when you find the right person it doesn't matter how difficult and awkward the circumstances are - you just have to be with them." She and Len became engaged in 2003 and were married the following May at the Bel Air hotel in Los Angeles.
