If you're fed up with fresh herbs going slimy after just a couple of days, don't keep them wrapped in plastic in the fridge. Instead place them in a jug or jar half-filled with water (so the roots or stems are submerged). They will last much longer, stay fresher, and look attractive while providing heaps of kitchen inspiration.
