Feta care
Feta always seems to come in a packet immersed in liquid, so knowing how to store any that's left over can be a bit of a mystery. Next time you need to do so, simply cover the remaining cheese with olive oil, some crushed cloves of garlic, fresh herbs and cracked black pepper. It will not only keep the feta moist, but also add a delicious flavour to it.
