As it's World Fairtrade Day this Saturday we thought we'd bring you a devilishly delicious chocolate treat in the form of this soufflé. The recipe uses Fairtrade coffee, Fairtrade chocolate and even Fairtrade sugar – all of which you can now find in good supermarkets and shops. Don’t be daunted by the thought of attempting a soufflé – just make sure you don’t open the oven door until you’re sure it’s done!
