Spice things up during National Curry Week

23 NOVEMBER 2009

National Curry Week - November 22-28 - is upon us and while all thoughts seem to be turning towards the inevitable early Christmas preparations a little spice in your life ought to shake things up a bit.

Curry is fantastic food for this time of year – warming and comforting, nourishing and easy to prepare. There’s also something magical about putting the spices together, combining the bright colours and fragrances and ending up with a delicious dinner at the end of it.

It’s also perfect food for sharing, for large gatherings as most curries will happily sit on the stove for a while longer as everyone helps themselves to a beer to wash it all down with.

Check out these recipes from some of our brightest Indian stars and celebrate National Curry Week in spicy style!
