Valentine’s Day is upon us again – and what better way to show someone you love them than by cooking a delicious meal for them at home – far better than fighting for attention in a packed out restaurant.
At home you can set a beautiful table, light plenty of candles, splash out a bit on some lovely bubbles and with our easy, tasty menu you won’t be slaving over a hot stove all night!
To kick off we’ve gone for a light purple sprouting broccoli dish with a classic anchovy dressing, then for the main a beautiful piece of seared venison paired with horseradish and buffalo curd (although you could use goat’s or sheep’s). For pudding – what else could it be but chocolate?
