James Martin, host of Saturday Kitchen, is back with another collection of recipes with his new book Masterclass.

The book is packed with essential kitchen recipes that cover everything from the basics like the best beef burger in the world and classic beef wellington to accomplished technical dishes such as brioche French toasts with warm caramel apples.

These are all, though, approachable every day recipes, real recipes that you can use in the kitchen and are a must to add to your culinary arsenal.

In his typical style, James takes traditional recipes and shows you how to conquer them with ease; he also covers his own takes on international dishes like bang bang chicken, saffron gnocchi and Chinese pork and ginger dumplings.
