Ingredients:
100ml Bombay Sapphire
100ml Cranberry juice
35ml Triple Sec, Orange Liqueur, Orange Curacao or Cointreau
1 whole lime (cut into 8 wedges then squeezed)
Cinnamon stick
Cloves
Orange slice studded with cloves

Glass: Coffee glass

Method: Place all of the ingredients into a pan and heat to a rolling simmer (stirring occasionally) for around 10 minutes to fuse the flavours fully. Carefully pour the resulting liquid into two coffee glasses and garnish with a twist of orange peel, orange slice studded with cloves and a cinnamon stick to use as a stirrer.
