Easy iced coffee

For an extra boost, add a coffee bean to each bit of your ice tray, top with cold coffee and freeze



Ingredients (Serves 1)
  • 2 tbsp Cafédirect Classic Blend Premium Instant Coffee
  • 225ml/8fl oz milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Handful of ice cubes

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a tall glass, add an additional ice cube or 2 (see tip in recipe introduction, above), pop in 2 straws and serve.
