Ingredients (Serves 1)

• 7 parts tequila
• 4 parts Cointreau or triple sec liqueur
• 3 parts fresh lime or lemon juice
• Slice of lime
• Salt

Rub a slice of lime around the rim of a stem glass and then spin in salt. In a cocktail shaker, mix together the tequila, Cointreau and juice with ice, then pour into the glass. To serve, garnish with a slice of fresh lime.
