Method
Line an 18 x 28cm/7 x 11in baking tin with foil.
Melt the chocolate, butter and condensed milk in a pan over a low heat. Stir in the biscuits and raisins. Press the mix into the prepared tin and chill in the fridge until firm. Cut into 20 triangles.
Using the icing, pipe three circles of diminishing sizes onto each triangle. Drag a knife through the circles to create a web design.
