Strawberry Milkshake

A perfect fruity summer cooler

• 3 oz semi-skimmed milk
• 6 oz of good quality Vanilla Ice Cream
• 2 oz of Whipped Cream to top
• 5-6 Large Strawberries
• One Maraschino Cherry

Method

Blend milk with 5-6 large strawberries (reserving a few slices of the strawberries for garnish, if desired). Blend until smooth, then scoop in the vanilla ice cream, a little at a time until it is a smooth, but still has a frozen consistency.

Garnish with whipped cream, Maraschino cherry and the reserved slices of strawberry if desired, and serve immediately.
