Ingredients

• 35ml Akvinta
• 15ml Noilly Rouge
• 15ml honey syrup
• 10ml lemon juice
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 1/2 medium strawberries

Method

In a boston glass or cocktail shaker crush the strawberries with the lemon juice, honey syrup and bitters.

Add ice and the Noilly Rouge and Akkvinta, then shake and strain into a martini glass.

Decorate with a strawberry garnish
