Ingredients
- 50ml Monkey Shoulder
- 20ml Cream
- 20ml Milk
- 4-5 Raspberries
- 10ml crème de Framboise
- Teaspoon of Honey
Method
Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain over cubed ice in a rocks glass, garnish with 3 raspberries and serve with all butter shortbread.
