Milkshake madness

The creaminess of the ice cream combined with the texture of the cookie bits makes for a sensational shake

Ingredients (makes 1)

• 3 large scoops of good quality vanilla ice cream
• 3 Oreo Cookies
• 125ml full fat milk

Method

Bash up the Oreo Cookies with a rolling pin and place in the beaker of a blender with the ice cream and milk. Blend for 2 mins or until thick but smooth.

Serve in beaker or glass with a straw.
