Spicy guacamole

Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 red chilli
- Pinch chilli flakes
- Small bunch coriander
- 1 tomato, diced and seeded if you feel the urge
- Tabasco, to taste
- Salt and pepper
Method
Halve the avocados, carefully remove the stone and spoon the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring to combine and serve at room temperature.
