Espresso martini

Ingredients (makes 1)

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 shot vodka
  • ½ shot sugar syrup*

Method
Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass or espresso cup.

*sugar syrup is made by heating equal parts sugar and water till dissolved before cooling
