The King’s Speech cocktail

Ingredients (makes 1)
  • 30ml fresh raspberry juice from Sundance Partners
  • 20ml Chambord
  • Champagne
  • 3 raspberries
  • sprig of fresh mint

Method

Pour raspberry juice into the bottom of a champagne flute. Add the Chambord and top with champagne. Spoon the raspberries into the glass and top with a mint sprig.
