Gluten-free banana pancakes

Ingredients


1 banana
1 egg
1 tbsp low fat yogurt
80g mixed berries

Method

Mash up the banana and mix in the egg.

Place the mixture into a non stick frying pan and cook on a medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with yogurt and fresh berries.
