When international stars Brad Pitt and David Beckham dashed through Heathrow airport this week, they looked like they could have been headed for a runway of a different sort.
Fashion watchers take note: the two hunks set a whole new standard for travelling in style, wearing what looks to be the new uniform of the well-heeled jetsetter.
Both square-jawed pin-ups donned grey shirts and strategically-ripped designer jeans, cinched at the waist by an equally well-worn brown leather belt.
And the pair showed that bigger is better when it comes to must-have luggage. Earthy Brad lugged a large khaki bag suitable for his recent travels to Africa, while glamorous David opted for an oversized reptilian carry-all.
Becks was on his way to the US, where the England team is playing a string of friendly matches. Victoria Beckham's handsome husband has plenty on his coast-to-coast agenda, including the Los Angeles opening of his football school and a rumoured appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman in the Big Apple. |
