Her soulful voice belies her young years and has set her up as one of the must-watch singers of 2009.

So it was only a matter of time before Amy Winehouse's goddaughter Dionne Bromfield spread her wings and began landing some high-profile gigs as a solo artist.

While she has the Grammy Award-winner to thank for exposure to the music industry – Dionne was the first artist Amy signed to her Lioness Records label - the talented youngster let her voice do the talking this week at a big fashion event.

A real achievement, particularly considering her age, the singer provided entertainment following the latest show from Vivienne Westwood, titled Anglomania, held in the unlikely location of Selfridges car-park in London.

And she more than held her own without Amy – whom appeared with Dionne on Strictly Come Dancing - receiving a hug from the grande dame herself.

Among those in the audience as Vivienne unveiled her Spring/Summer 2010 collection to press and her most loyal customers – following its debut at fashion week – was Sadie Frost, Girls Aloud's Nicola Roberts and Daisy Lowe, who walked the catwalk.
