Kisses and cuddles as Gisele and Tom lead star couples feeling the love

The ultimate accessory at this year’s dazzling Met Gala was a hot companion.

Some of the fashion and movie world's most heavyweight couples cuddled up on the red carpet as they stepped out for a date night, celebrity-style.

And leading the pack was supermodel Gisele Bundchen arriving on the arm of her handsome husband Tom Brady.

The impossibly beautiful pair – dressed in matching Givenchy – were particularly affectionate as they enjoyed an evening out together at the New York ball.

Looking very much in love, they shared kisses and cuddles before heading inside.

Other power couples making high-profile appearances included Claire Danes – radiant in a white J. Mendel dress – and her husband Hugh Dancy, Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, and Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz.

And soon-to-be-married Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel couldn't have looked happier as they took time out from wedding planning to attend.
