Claudia is out of this world in 'galaxy' dress - just four months after giving birth

The fashion set are back from their yachts and country homes - and glittering in their midst was the supermodel.

As one of her first engagements since giving birth in May, Claudia chose to support Fashion's Night Out - a party thrown by Natalia Vodianova (second right) and Giorgio Armani.
