Gwyneth Paltrow is giving a masterclass in dressing for spring, showing off her perfect pins in short, skimpy ensembles as she travels the world promoting her new cookbook It's All Good. The blonde beauty, who is known for her flawless style and sharp eye for trends, has called on some of her favourite designers, including Isabel Marant, Victoria Beckham and Stella McCartney, to ensure she looks her best during her whirlwind trip that has included book signings and the launch of her trainer Tracy Anderson's new gym.

Gwyneth, 40, credits her enviable figure to her friend and fitness guru, Tracy. At the launch of Tracy's new flagship studio last week, Gwyneth compared her bottom to that of a "22 year-old", referring to a compliment she had received from a friend. She showed off her age-defying body in a bold Victoria Beckham mini dress. The Shakespeare In Love star teamed the bright-coloured number with a pair of equally eye-catching black and orange Michael Kors heels, ensuring all eyes were on her lovely toned legs. The mother-of-two, who is promoting her gluten-free cookbook following a health scare the star recently suffered, showed how her new diet has her in blooming health in the Beverly Hills signing with black Lycra hot pants teamed with a white Stella McCartney blazer and black and gold sandals.Black and white were the colours of choice for the kick-off of Gwyneth's press trip. When she visited an LA bookshop for her first signing she wore a silk dress and embellished belt from Isabel Marant's autumn-winter 2013 collection. Michael Kors helped her take the right foot forward with a pair of black peep-toe heels.

At her Big Apple signing, Gwyneth went for a real spring look with a cool blue shirt and a Band of Outsiders pencil skirt to sign copies of her healthy recipe book, adding a pop of colour with bright pink heels. For her appearance on Good Morning America, the media maven was spotted going into the studio in a figure-hugging black dress with cream panels and black heels, but she changed for the show itself.Casual in matching light blue-striped shorts and blazer, Gwyneth said on the chat show: "When you have young children and you're working, you know, you never rest… It's like you're racing to get home. And my body sort of went kaput a little bit. "Following doctors' advice and transforming her diet, she explains "I lost weight, I had so much energy that I thought, I'd like to make a book that's not as restrictive as that but that's a little bit healthier and really, really good comfort food so you don’t feel like you’re cutting anything out."
