Kendall and Kylie Jenner, half-sisters of Kim Kardashian, seemed to have the same crowd-cheering effect as their older sister when they arrived at their PacSun pop-up store in New York City to the sound of screaming fans. The Jenner sisters have been busy promoting their fashion line in the city, and made a special appearance on Tuesday at their Broadway store, which promised a sneak peek into the "Kendall and Kylie for PacSun" autumn collection.

Kendall, 17, sported a rocker chic look, wearing black leather trousers and a floaty white top, which she teamed with black lace-up boots and a neon gold necklace. Kylie, 15, wore matching boots, and looked equally stylish in dark jeans and a white "Kalifornia" sleeveless top. While Kendall and Kylie are often compared to their older siblings, Khloé, Kourney and Kim, the Jenner sisters are determined to make a name for themselves in the fashion world and have also released a jewellery line for department store Nordstrom, Metal Haven. "I mean with our clothing line and our jewellery line, we didn't want much input from them, just because we wanted this to be all us," said Kendall, speaking to Fashionista. "This isn't their clothing line. This isn't their jewellery line. It's ours. We don't want their input on it."

The Jenner sisters also rebutted claims that they dress and act too old for their age. "I get a lot of 'we're trying to grow up too fast,'" said Kylie. "But the fact of the matter is we're trying to be kids as long as we can and the way I dress — I wear heels and a skirt — doesn't make me any older.""I think that we understandably, in my eyes, dress a little older because of our sisters," added Kendall.

The teenagers may be promoting their "Back to School" collection, but neither Kendall nor Kylie will be returning to school in the autumn. They previously attended the prestigious Sierra Canyon school in California, but have chosen to be home-schooled to lend more time to their budding business careers.

Kendall and Kylie, along with their Kardashian siblings, will no doubt take a break from their hectic promotional schedule to celebrate the youngest sister's sweet 16 later this month.Kylie and her mother Kris Jenner have been making the final preparations for the lavish birthday bash, when 100 guests will attend, and the special day will be filmed for the family's hit reality TV show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
