Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughan have to sneak into the parties they attend in their latest big screen collaboration, but the two stars were welcomed with open arms when they went along to the premiere of Wedding Crashers in New York

The comic pair met up with British screen veteran Jane Seymour for the glitzy Big Apple screening. And in keeping with the evening's romantic theme there was a bevy of pretty bridesmaids dressed in matching pink gowns on hand to keep them company.

In the flick the two actors play a pair of confirmed bachelors who gatecrash wedding receptions in order to meet single women. Owen's character finds himself in something of a pickle when the unthinkable happens and he falls in love with one of his romantic liaisons, however.

The movie has already provoked a storm of media attention because it features Jane's first ever topless scene. The 54-year-old performer seemed to be feeling rather flirtatious on Wednesday night, too, as she sent photographers outside the cinema into a frenzy by giving them a playful peek at her thigh.

She might have been forgiven for feeling a little nervous when the moment came to film her steamy on-screen clinch, but Jane's co-star insists it was him who was jittery on the day. "Vince was worried about me," joked Owen. "He said it was like waving a steak in front of a lion and that I might just flip out. So the director used tranquillisers throughout that scene and kept me heavily sedated. I was like Jack Nicholson at the end of One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest."
