Lucy Watson "God, this is death," said Jamie. "I have a big problem right now. I'm in love with you.""I don't think you are," Lucy replied. "In the early stages I really liked you and then there have been hiccups along the way and every small thing has set me back and back. I don't have those kind of feelings anymore. "Covering his face with his hands, Jamie tried to hide his tears and declared that their friendship was over. "How can I be friends with someone who doesn't love me?" said Jamie. "So you're not going to be friends with me?" said Lucy. "No, I can't," replied Jamie, before skulking out of the room and leaving Lucy in tears.

Earlier in the episode, the pretty brunette crushed Jamie once more when she admitted she would still choose her ex-boyfriend Spencer over him, despite having had a short-term fling with Jamie after her break-up. "What I meant was if there was no cheating, I would still would be with Spencer," Lucy said in front of the group, talking to Jamie. "I loved him. I haven't loved you. "Throughout the holiday, Jamie brought up more than once his strong feelings towards Lucy, and admitted that he felt threatened by Spencer's presence. "My feelings towards her are really, really strong," Jamie warned his best friend. "I like her a lot.""I'm literally like a puppy following some chick," he added. "People underestimate it. I really like her."

Meanwhile back in London, Andy Jordan invited new character and Spencer's on-off love interest Vitalia on a date, in the hope of riling the self-confessed lothario.

When Spencer found out, while still on holiday in South Africa the Eton-educated star declared he would "nick" Vitalia back. "I can't wait to nick her from Andy immediately," said Spencer, before boasting, "I could walk in on their date and I could pull her."
