Louis Tomlinson adds his former band's name to the One Direction tattoo collection

28 MARCH 2013

In tribute to the band he was in before finding fame with One Direction, singer Louis Tomlinson has added another tattoo to his growing collection of body art.

The star's girlfriend, Eleanor Calder, posted a photo of the boyband's newest inking on the social networking site, Twitter, which showed off the name of the singer's former allegiance to Sheffield band, "The Rogue :)".

Marking each word on his left and right shin, Louis' newest addition to his already extensive collection of body art comes less than just one month after his latest design – a teacup on his right arm referring to One Direction's chart topper, Little Things.

And Louis isn't the only member of the boyband to profess a love for these little things. The tattoo is the latest in a long line for the singer and his bandmates with three of the other members having already invested in matching ink designs.

Zayn Malik's body art ranges from the words "ZAP!" to an image of a microphone on his forearm. Heart throb Harry Styles is also no stranger to for treating his body like a blank canvas and has around 30 designs, even including a 99p sign on his wrist.

Liam Payne is one of the tamer boyband members when it comes to tattoos, favouring slogans such as "Everything I wanted, but nothing that I'll ever need" on his left forearm and "Only time will tell" on his left wrist. Meanwhile, Irish singer Niall Horan recently opted out of getting "Made in Ireland" inked as he considered that "It wasn't the best idea in the world."
