She swept the board at the Brits and she looked suitably star-like with her false lashes, thick eyeliner and upswept Sixties bouffant hairstyle. And Duffy's 'do is surprisingly easy to recreate.
Start by setting hair on large rollers, twisting once or twice as you wind to create the odd 'swirl' in the hair. Unwind and rake through with a comb. Then take the top third of the hair and backcomb with a fine-tooth comb from underneath to build up height around the crown. Use lots of hairspray as you go and clip the sections into place at the back. Once in place, use the fine tooth comb to smooth over the surface of the hair and finish with more spray.
