She's one of our gold-medal hopefuls as a heptathlete in the Olympics and now you can get Kelly Sotherton streamed straight into your ears (and hopefully onto your thighs!) with a workout that can be downloaded onto an MP3.

Kelly's teamed up with Splenda, the low-cal sweetener, to devise the Bikini Beat Workout which is available from www.splenda.co.uk/bikinibeat. The 35-minute routine is made up of seven of the tracks to which Kelly trains when preparing for the seven-discipline heptathlon and features her instructions and tips spoken over the music.

"My goal is to perform at my best to reach my Olympic gold medal dream," says Kelly. "But you don't have to train like an athlete to see results. Anyone can give this workout a go. You don't need to join a gym or buy loads of kit – it's totally free and you can take it anywhere." You can also download a diary plan and workout guide and there's a 15-minute Splenda Express Workout option for those too busy watching the Olympics to do too much exercise.
