"To get back in shape for summer, I put a picture of myself on the fridge. It's from before I had kids, so it's a little bit unrealistic, but it's when I looked good and felt good. And when I go to the fridge and am reminded of how I want to be, it just instantly makes me stop. Then, during the day, I make sure I'm prepared. As I'm packing the kids' lunches, I pack something for myself – little snacks in my bag, like a banana or a WeightWatchers bar – to avoid temptation when I'm out. In the evenings, if you like carbs, try wheat-free pasta. It doesn't smell very nice when it's cooking, but it fills you up without that bloating feeling."
