Shape up for Christmas: Top ten fat-burning foods to help get festive-season ready

The festive season is looming and we're starting to think about getting in to those all-important party outfits.

So it’s the perfect time to start incorporating foods into your diet that will help boost fat-burning and give you a leaner profile.

Avocado, for example, is a great source of mono-unsaturated fats, which are readily burned for fuel during exercise and encourage fat burning.

And honey can be used to replace sugar – it is fairly low on the glycemic index and keeps insulin levels low and steady for maintaining a fat-burning environment in your body.
