The former X Factor presenter took to Instagram to share her fitness routine with her 849,000 followers, posing for a striking selfie, dressed in a sleek black ensemble, her hair worn down in waves and swept off her face with a pink headband.

"HOT YOGA VIBES," she captioned the snap. "Week 4 no sugar detox. Feel the best I've felt since well… Birth… 7 weeks to go…"

Caroline, who often shares sneak peeks of her favourite exercises whether she's hitting the gym or enjoying a skiing holiday with friends, is renowned for promoting positive body image. In November, the star took to social media to hit back at body shamers who made "vile comments" about her appearance following one of The X Factor's live shows.

She added: "Have never said I'm the prettiest or thinnest or even anything special. But thank god I'm not horrible... Cool attitudes."

The TV presenter also caused a stir in February when she announced she was stepping down from her role as co-host of The X Factor, after former partner-in crime Olly Murs and judge Nick Grimshaw announced their exit from the show.

In a statement released by ITV, Caroline wrote: "I have had a brilliant time working onThe X Factor over the last few years, and hosting the main show was just fantastic, I made some amazing friends," Caroline wrote in a statement. "I'm looking forward to carrying on working with the team over at ITV."
