Lisa Riley has spoken candidly about her diet and fitness regime, and during a recent trip to Singapore the 39-year-old proudly showed off the impressive results. The Emmerdale actress shared a striking photo on Twitter of herself looking as radiant as ever, flaunting her weight loss efforts.

"Singapore......Flying high on life!!!" she captioned the snap, which sees her posing on a boat in front of the Singapore skyline, showing off her style credentials in a sleek black jumpsuit, accessorised with an orange handbag and colourful scarf used as a belt.

Sharing a series of snaps during her trip, Lisa shared her happiness and confidence with her fans. "Happiness makes this world a better place," she captioned one snap. "When you have it…. feel blessed inside and out!!!"

After returning home, Lisa gave her followers a sneak peek at her exercise routine, as she made the most of the Bank Holiday weekend, with a long walk in the sunshine.

"When the sun is shining.. it's time for a nice long walk from Ramsbottom to Tottington!" she wrote, alongside a snap of herself in beaming while rocking black leggings and a navy blue jumper. "Glam-Walk is the way forward!"

It's not the first time that the former You've Been Framed presenter has opened up about how she gets in shape. The star recently spoke candidly about her decision to lose weight, explaining that she was prompted to focus on her health so she can "live my life to the fullest".

"I don't want to be a statistic," she told Bella magazine. "I just want my health to carry on, to live my life to the fullest."

The British beauty added that she wasn't sticking to a specific diet, but instead changing her general lifestyle. "I've not done a diet – diets don't work," she said. "It's been about awareness and lifestyle. I'm loads more active than I used to be."
