Bella Thorne gave her social media followers some serious fitness inspiration on Wednesday as she gave them a sneak peek at one of her gruelling workouts. The 18-year-old showed off her enviably toned physique and impressive abs as she found some rare downtime to exercise.

The Shake It Up actress admitted that her hectic filming schedule doesn't always leave her time to hit the gym – and shared her excitement while working at the Warner Bros. studio and discovering they had a gym on the lot.

"Finally back on my #grind," she wrote to her 12.9 million Instagram followers, alongside a series of snaps in which she joked around posing for the camera in the gym, wearing a grey crop top and matching shorts. "So happy they have a studio gym.. considering I basically live at this lot!"

The Frenemies star also gave her fans a glimpse into her fitness routine, hitting the cross-trainer. Posting a short video of her workout on Twitter, Bella admitted that she was struggling to get back into the swing of things after having taken a break from her exercise regime. "Finally back at the gym… ugh feel so grody not working out for a long time," she explained to her six million followers.

The star appeared to be in good spirits, following the news that she and fellow actor Gregg Sulkin have ended their relationship after one year.
"After much thought and soul-searching, we have made the difficult decision to end our relationship," the actors told E! News in a joint statement. "We will always love each other and have a deep respect for one another, as we have each grown to be better people because of our time together."

Bella took to Twitter to address fans' queries, writing in one tweet: "Things just didn't end up working the way we had hoped. But I'll always love the bub."
When one fan shared their sadness at the couple's split, she replied: "Me too sweets. He helped me through such a rough time I couldn't be more thankful for him."
