Fans on social media have been quick to praise theBritish beauty for taking on the fitness challenge a few months after givingbirth to a baby girl. Emma and husband Matt Willis welcomed little Trixie Gracein May, their third child together.

Emma has previously revealed that when it came to herpost-baby body, she is trying not to put any "pressure" on herself. "Thereis pressure there for mums generally and there shouldn't be as it's extremelyunrealistic," she told HELLO!. "We take nine months to grow a baby;it's going to take at least that to get anywhere near normal again."

She added: "So, personally, the only pressure I everfeel is from myself and I try not to do that because I've been through it threetimes and know you cannot rush it. If you do, you have to drive yourself intothe ground by dieting and exercising and doing all these things that you don’thave time to do because you have a newborn baby to love and look after."
