Ellie Goulding showed off her impressive yoga skills

In the striking snap Ellie showed off her impeccable balance as she crouched down and balanced on one foot, her other leg crossed and her hands in a prayer position.

The Burn hitmaker looked focused while she showed off her enviably toned body in a black crop top and blue patterned shorts. Her sleek blonde hair was swept back into a ponytail, and she showed off her radiant complexion by going make-up free.

Ellie previously shared a fun photo from her holiday as she posed underwater

It’s not the first time the star has wowed her fans with a look at her yoga routine. Earlier this year she delighted fans with a quirky photo as she jumped into the pool and got into a pose underwater.

Renowned for her love of fitness, Ellie stays in shape with a wide range of exercises, from TRX workouts to trips to the gym. However, she has previously revealed that she has found a love for boxing.

"Boxing is very animalistic and there's a lot of adrenaline in it," the Love Me Like You Do hitmaker toldMarie Claire. "It has helped my stamina. When I'm onstage, I feel like I could go on forever.

"Without wanting to use that clichéd word, I feel empowered. I've got the power to defend myself. It's a great feeling to know that you don't have to have a bloke around to protect you."

The star also revealed that she discovered her hidden talent for the sport – but she won't be giving up music for a career in boxing any time soon.

"I've been told I should spar and train for real because I seem to have a bit of a talent for it," she explained. "But I'd rather go on tour with my face intact."
