Melanie Sykes has been showing fans envy-inducing pictures from boot camp

Over the past few days, the mother-of-two has been giving her followers a glimpse into the life she has been leading throughout the boot camp. She posted a striking photo of the scenery as she enjoyed some yoga during sunrise.

Melanie has previously talked about her love of fitness, confessing that she particularly enjoys Pilates classes and makes sure she exercises regularly. She told Fit & Well magazine: "There are so many women in that age group that don't wear vests because of the tops of their arms. I'd rather work out and wear what I want. It's been a huge confidence and mood booster. It's made the transition into my 40s a lot easier."
