Arms: With summer finally approaching and everyone desperate to shed the jumper for a skinny T, there’s never been a better time to work towards toned arms for when the sun shines. Ensure that you feel proud of your defined arms this season with some expert tips from Jarod:

1. Kneeling push-ups are a sure way to strengthen and tone the upper chest, triceps and biceps. Complete three sets of 15-20 repetitions for best results.
2. To specifically focus on triceps during push-ups, place your hands directly under your chest, while maintaining the elbows at the side of your ribs. Complete up to three sets of 15-20 repetitions for best results.
3. For biceps, standing arm curls using an exercise band are an effective way to achieve definition. Make sure that you have a band that sufficiently resists your strength – make it tighter if you can’t feel the stretch. Complete three sets of 15-20 repetitions.
4. Going for a run outside? Make the most of what’s around you and take your toning a step further by completing tricep dips on a park bench. Three sets of 15-20 repetitions will help you to achieve lean results.
