Coleen, who announced her pregnancy last month on Twitter, added: "I feel great. I was really tired during the first few weeks, but I think when you've got other kids, you've just got to get on with it."

The doting mum has just come back from holiday in Portugal with her sons Kai, five, and two-year-old Klay. Her husband Wayne was in the US with his club Manchester United on a pre-season tour.

Now in the second trimester of her pregnancy, Coleen is sporting a healthy glow, and credits this to her regular exercise regime.

"It makes me feel better," said the Liverpool-born beauty. "I'm planning on exercising as long as I can. I thought I might have to stop, but my instructor said we just have to adjust the exercises."

"Your body does what it wants when you're pregnant and I'm naturally curvy so if I'm going to put on weight, I'm going to put on weight," she added.

Coleen and Wayne, who first started dating when they were 16, are expecting their third child at the start of next year. "Baby number 3 is on the way ...... January!! We are so happy and excited," she posted on Twitter.
