Coleen Rooney is celebrating Valentine's Day with the four men in her life. The 29-year-old, who is married to Manchester United star Wayne Rooney, melted hearts by sharing a sweet family photo on Sunday of her sons Kai and Klay with their newborn baby brother Kit.

The black-and-white professional portrait shows Kai, six, and Klay, two, each resting their head in their hands as they lean next to three-week-old Kit, who is sleeping soundly on a blanket.

"My Valentines…. Love the picture @gracekelphoto," Coleen tweeted.

The mum-of-three is clearly smitten with her new arrival, and has been ensuring her two eldest sons spend lots of quality time with their baby brother. Another photo shared by Coleen in January shows Kai feeding baby Kit while they were still in hospital as Klay watched on smiling.

"Love at first sight!! My boys," Coleen wrote.

Coleen's husband Wayne is equally proud of his growing family, and gave the first glimpse at his youngest son on social media, sharing a picture of him gazing into Kit's eyes just a few minutes after he was born.

The couple announced the birth of their third child on Twitter on 24 January. "Our gorgeous little boy arrived today. Kit Joseph Rooney. 8lbs 1oz. We are over the moon," both parents tweeted.

The couple have continued their tradition of giving their children a name beginning with the letter K, with Kit completing a very special hat trick of boys alongside his big brothers Kai and Klay.

Doting mum Coleen has adopted an increasingly popular post-pregnancy health routine since Kit's arrival, by having her placenta freeze-dried into pills that she can take daily in a bid to prevent postpartum depression and reap a number of health benefits.

The British beauty shared her plans with her 1.24 million Twitter followers, posting a photo of the capsules on the social media website. "Looking forward to starting my capsules @placentaplus1… Thank you xx," she tweeted.
