Tom and Giovanna Fletcher have delighted their fans with another musical video. The sweet celebrity couple appeared together in a new clip posted on Tom's YouTube channel and Facebook page, although their adorable newborn son Buddy Bob, and his big brother Buzz did not make an appearance. The video starts with Tom being Skyped into a conference, revealing his absence is due to accompanying Giovanna to the hospital.
"I'm so sorry I can't be there, my wife has gone into labour and is about to give birth to our baby!" he excitedly explains, before asking Giovanna to wave at the camera. "You're doing such a good job!"
Tom had been teasing fans about the video throughout the day
Tom then reveals he has written a children's novel A Christmasaurus, before explaining he wanted to sing one of the song's he'd written for the book. He proceeds to pick up a ukulele and start singing, as Giovanna pretends to look angry from the sidelines - but the brunette beauty is later revealed to be in on the joke. As Tom sings, he walks around the hospital where he is joined by the staff and patients, showing off their singing talents or playing instruments - including a choir of children who make an appearance. Tom finally returns to his wife's room, where this time she is smiling, and they proudly look on to the cover of his new book.
The 30-year-old musician had teased fans earlier in the day on his Twitter account. "Ok folks, I have a brand new video going up TONIGHT at 5pm on my YouTube channel and Facebook page… I'm pretty excited about this one," he told his 1.4million followers, before adding: "… and yes, @MrsGiFletcher is in it too…"
He also later caused a stir on social media when he revealed that the video was titled 'Live from the Delivery Room', with his tweet garnering hundreds of likes in mere minutes of going live.
Tom and his wife Giovanna welcomed their baby boy on 16 February, and are clearly head over heels in love with the new addition. Just two days after his arrival, Tom shared the very first photo of Buddy Bob, showing the newborn clutching on to his daddy's finger, much to the excitement of his social media followers.He then followed that up with an adorable photo showing Buddy's tiny feet in celebration of the little boy's one-week birthday.Both Tom and Giovanna announced the arrival of their second child, who they referred to as "player 2", on social media. The proud mum shared a picture of a bright blue sky, writing, "What a beautiful day to be born... Welcome to the world Buddy Bob Fletcher. xxx #player2" while Tom tweeted "Player 2 has entered the game."
