Studio wizardry has no trouble turning the picturesque port city of Cadiz in southern Spain into exotic Havana for the latest Bond flick Die Another Day. It's just a pity they can't whip up some balmy Caribbean weather. Oscar-winner Halle Berry was seen shivering as she prepared to take the plunge, wearing only an orange bikini and a menacing knife.

The actress, who was slipping into her role as bad girl Jinx in the 20th Bond movie, was with heartthrob Pierce Brosnan on Caleta beach and at nearby San Sebastian castle, where only days earlier she'd suffered a painful mishap. While shooting a literally explosive scene shrapnel had lodged in her eye. Of course Bond girls are made of stern stuff and Halle was back on the set next day.
