"Julio's the most important thing in my life and he comes first," says Miranda. "Then the children, of course. Happiness for me is seeing them all happy"

Legendary Latin crooner Julio Iglesias has just celebrated another milestone in his eventful life - the first birthday of his adored twin daughters Victoria and Cristina.

Julio, 58, already has three grown-up children from his first marriage - including chart-topping heart-throb Enrique - and four more youngsters, including the twins, with his Dutch-born partner of 12 years, Miranda Rijnsburger.

"Of course children tie you down," says Miranda, "but it's the sweetest of ties. I love being with them, and Julio wants me to be with them. He also wants to be at home more to be with the kids."
